You just "Haven't Seen It Yet"
How long has it been since you have seen God move in your life? Maybe it feels like forever? Maybe you feel like Elijah who thought he was the only one who was serving God? Forsaken? Abandon? Let down? Do any of these terms sound familiar and does it just seem like your heart is breakin? If that is the case I encourage you to look up for your hope and redemption draws nearer than you think. I am not just referring to your salvation, but your hope for a better future. Maybe you have a loved one that you have recently lost or that has gotten just a little off track? Maybe you have gotten off track and forgotten who it was that got you back on track in the first place?
Back in 1981 I had gotten off track. I didn't know where I was headed, I didn't think that I mattered and that I couldn't even find the tunnel let alone see the light at the end of it. I was lost and without hope. Yes, that was me, barely graduated from high school by some miracle, "God only knows" I made it. When I got out of high school, I thought what next? I knew that I would not be going to college because I literally sucked at anything that was intensely academic. I mean really, anything. All I felt was that I was going to be living the life of a blue collar worker. Education was not for me and I knew it. So I knew I would have to settle for mediocre at best. So there I was, 20 years old, recently fired from my job because I allowed myself to get around the wrong bad association. Yep, like many others I got into drugs so that I could be someone. So that I could fit in. So that I would feel accepted. I needed a miracle because I was going down fast. "To Hell in a Hand Basket" so to speak. Little did I know that the road that I was on, was one that would actually save my life.
It is all to easy for us as human beings to discount what we are going through as something meaningless and that which doesn't make any sense. We look at our problems as insurmountable. Like mountains that reach to an endless sky. We become so over whelmed with our own problems that we allow ourselves to be blinded to the needs of others. We become, like I was, with our own selfish needs. This is exactly why I have created this opportunity, (with God's help and other team members), to help you realize that your life has a purpose and that you are not here by chance. You are unique and what you have lived through is unique. You are not just the type of person that has survived through some pretty horrific things, but you are actually thriving because of those, (at what seemed at the time), insurmountable odds. That's why, "You Are and Were Born A Winner". Deep down within you God has given you amazing ability to grow and thrive. The ability to see a problem not as a problem, but as a reason to exist, a reason for purposeful living. You continue to ask yourself, there has just got to be more to this life then just working a dead end job. Then just existing from day to day.
You ask yourself, why did I go what I went through to get me to where I am at right now? Well, what I believe is, is that you are either reading or watching this blog right now because you were meant to. Yes, it is your destiny that you have come to experience this opportunity to "Share" your story with the world. Your story and my story give us purpose to live on. What God is doing right now, has done, and is going to do in your glorious future. He is not finished with you, but has just begun to do a great work in you.
As this song that I have posted say, "Haven't Seen It Yet", get the words down deep in you
nes and heart that you are amazing!!! Your are loved!!! You have a purpose!!! Your life is not over, but has just begun!!! I personally believe that you have not come across this opportunity by chance, but by God's divine intervention. He does nothing by chance and knows exactly where you are at in life.
Now, you will have to take the next step. You have a free will and you are the only one who can decide whether this opportunity is for you. You will never know if you don't contact me. Isn't it time for you to "Share Your Story and Live Your Dream"?
